The requirement was to build the first Global Type-C product across Vodafone as a managed Service for Vodafone Markets. As a solution, we launched a new product and drove automation first to minimize the time to onboard customers while minimizing our cost per transaction for the SME market segment. We built the product once, deployed it many times after launching it in DE and IT, and planned for IE, UK, etc.
Intelligent Ticket Routing - IT Platforms and Automation
We created the Intelligent ticket routing tool for Vodafone Germany and VOIS Egypt to eliminate the complex manual work of our colleagues in the GSL Business Technology team with a zero-touch operation to save their valuable time and effort.
We created accurate measures to help Vodafone Germany acquire the correct customers after proper screening and assessments. We used Amazon web service (AWS), cloud-based infrastructure and microservice architecture. This innovation helped us learn the importance of revisiting the tools and solutions to enhance our way of working and support any business functions to have a more reliable and secure platform.
Juniper Mist SD-LAN is an intelligent cloud-managed solution powered by AI. It creates operational efficiencies, improves end-user experience, and simplifies network management. This standalone solution does not require a Vodafone Software-defined Wide Area Network (SD-WAN).MIST is a solution for Enterprise LAN offered by Juniper Networks with Wired and Wi-Fi options. Its main components include Access Points, Switches, Mist Portal, and Mist Edge. The main features are zero-touch provisioning (ZTP), Guest Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi assurance, wired assurance, and Marvis.MIST AI uses a combination of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science techniques to optimise user experiences and simplify operations wireless and wired access. Data is ingested from numerous sources, including access points and switches, to obtain insight into user experiences. These devices work with Mist AI to optimise user experiences from client to cloud, including automated event correlation, root cause identification, network assurance, and proactive anomaly detection.Through this solution, we provided a better user experience and managed the project timeline from the start.

We managed Vodafone SD-LAN service where Vodafone supplies, installs, maintains, and operates the SD-LAN platform (MIST AI) and Customer Premise Equipment (CPE) by the Service Specific Terms. The SD LAN use cases include – education/campus deployments, retail and logistics, health care, and corporate offices for large (250+ employees) and multinational customers.
